Walking through the 🍞 shaped door (kinda looks like cheese though) made me feel like a kid in a candy shop 😂 The interior is super spacious and has all sorts of bread galore! This is probably the most expensive bread that I’ve ever bought (you can probably get 3-4 meals at the hawker centre), but the portion and quality definitely justifies the hefty price tag. The texture itself was quite firm and chewy, but it was the quirky taste of sweet longan mixed with astringent red wine that ultimately won me over.
Tip: If you can’t finish the bread within 2-3 days, just put the remaining slices in the freezer and you can store them for up to 2 weeks!
