Whenever you go to the food centre at Jurong West Ave 1, you'd never fail to see many tables with green bowls of smooth porridge, plates of steamed chicken and yusheng. I'm also a fan of Soh Kee's chicken porridge and yusheng and I have it usually once a week.Their porridge is smooth and very tasty on it's own. I slurp down bowls and bowls of it even without the chicken or any other dishes .The steamed chicken is smooth and tender, and I really love the sauce and spring onions that come with it!

I also love their yusheng which has thin slices of raw fish, crackers and shredded cabbage and carrot. I don't know what kind of sauce they use but it's extremely addictive. Together with the crunch of the shredded veg and crispy crackers, I could keep eating and eating the yusheng
