My friend brought another friend of ours and yours truly to try some awesome Malay food recently. It didn’t take long for the dishes to arrive. Initially we ordered sting ray but when it came, we were quite sceptical because it didn’t look like sting ray. My friend then called on the waitress to ask but she wasn’t sure either. She ended up bringing the dish into the kitchen and confirmed it is the dish we ordered.

Out of the three dishes, the sting ray was the least I liked because it has a strong pungent taste. It was as if the sting ray had been cooked using the portable Bunsen burner or something. My friends were okay with it though.

The sambal kang kong was one of the best I have tried, and the same goes for the chili chicken dish.
The items on the menu weren’t very expensive and overall I would definitely visit again and try some of their other dishes, especially the Ayam Penyet.
