Ayam Penyet at Koufu. ($3.80)The chicken is fried, crispy and fragrant. Very big in size too. I guess ayam "penyet" means the chicken is beaten and smashed until flat if I'm not wrong. Hmm first time trying this.. The rice is also very fragrant and the soup was nice, chicken broth with some ginger i think.. The chillies sauce is really spicy, the red one and the black one also. But it's shoik to eat spicy food! (Y) Very big plate and i'm so full after finished this plate of ayam penyet.
