Every time I have a craving for their Hokkaido ice cream, I would definitely order the green tea and sea salt caramel flavours. The green tea flavor is packed with rich, creamy matcha flavor that will satisfy any green tea lovers. The sea salt caramel has a very nice fine balance between sweet and salty flavours. The subtle salty caramel flavor blends in together with the sweet, milky ice cream flavours that is not present in many salted caramel ice cream flavours elsewhere! The ice cream texture served here is also really smooth and it’s always a delight consuming each spoonful of ice cream!
