Like the quiet and peaceful Ann Siang Hill in the afternoon, went for a cup of tea and cake with hubby at Kki. We had Mont Blanc, tall tangle strands of thin flavorful thin chestnut puree with icing sugar looks like a mountain covered with snow. Cut the mountain apart to reveal the sweet and smooth chestnut paste and light fresh cream in the centre. Visually neat looking Tiramisu feels the air with aromatic coffee smell, moist sponge covered with creamy and silky mascarpone cheese topped with a layer of bitter cocoa powder, Heavenly !
