I had two bowls of this Bak Kut Teh. It's one that is very peppery. This shop is popular because of it's pepperish soup.So i decided to try on it. It's from some traditional recipe from Old Balestier Road. The meat is tender and juicy.The add the whole garlic in the soup,this make the soup taste nicer.It is also pepperish.It is some kind like the soup we drink during chinese new year.It is really delicious.But today's rice is a bit on the dry side.
