There is difficulty looking for parking spaces if you drive there. There are very few parking spaces as the shop is located along the shop houses. Good food will not stop us! If you are going by nearest transport, take tai Seng. Their shop has the old and traditional feel and it feels like you are in the past. Their menu has photographs to come with the names of their dishes and everything looks appealing in there. There will be a slip of paper and you will have to tick the dishes that you want
1. pork rib soup
2. Premium Loin Ribs (supposedly the bigger kind of pork rib)
3. Pig Kidney soup
4. Peanuts
5. Pig's stomach soup
6. kai lan
7. Dry Pig's Tendon (not in picture)
I think all the prices all reasonable and we expected it to be much more expensive.
Firstly, their pork rib soup is not too peppery and it tasted really good! The pork ribs were not hard. It has the chewy feeling. I will really recommend their dry pig tendon as it is really very unique. It is my first time eating in a spicy, fried in dark soya sauce. What's good is that they give free tea! yes, the traditional chinese tea. There are kettles around which you are able to go and refill to make your tea. You just have to keep pouring the hot water over the tea and let it settle down before you pour it into your small cups
It is indeed a traditional experience
