Went to Bakerzin because my friends and I were craving for nice desserts. chocolate souffle
Souffle is one of the dessert that I always wish to try but have no idea where to try on. this chocolate souffle was high risen and fluffy when serve, but it become flat and low after i have taken photos of it. the texture is soft and mousse-like, i would have feel giddy because i dont like moussey thing, but the chocolate flavours make me feels better. I finally knew how's a souffle taste like!

macaroon
the purple one is the blueberry flavour while the orange one is orange and chocolate flavour. I am in love with macaroon since i have tried TWG's macaroon and this one from Bakerzin isn't that bad too, just that the flavours are not too special and creative, unlike TWG's which uses tea flavour. However I love the combination of orange and chocolate one, sweet with a tinge of sourish taste.

creme brulee
the cream brulee isn't my favourite, just that my friend has the craving of it so we happened to share among two of us. But it really surprise me, the crust is caramelised with brown sugar, very crispy and fragrant with caramelised flavour. the bottom one is eggy, milky and fluffy mousse-like thing, which i could accept it! (i don't like milky soft thing) The berries on top added some appetizing and sourish effect which makes me dont feel giddy.

bratwurst linguine
Bratwurst is one kind of German Sausage if I am not wrong. The sausage is very well cooked, grilled to perfection and i love the plasticy but crunchy skin. The lnguine is aglio olio style, fried with some soy sauce with a little bit char flavour. Quite a nice pasta indeed.
