My appetite has been affected by the crazily hot weather so a light lunch like a soupy ban mian can be a good choice. I ordered the handmade ban mian that served in the tasty hot soup with usual ingredients like minced meat and poached egg then topped with ikan belis to add flavour to the soup. I liked the texture of the ban mian. It was cooked just right and not too soft. I liked to have it with the chilli provided.
