When the jelly-like Collagen came, we started to heat it and let it slowly melt into thick soup. Don’t be deceived by its appearance, it was not soya beancurd. Standard selections of ingredients, assorted dishes were luxuriously displayed. Orders of Bijin Nabe were on per set basis, there were minced meat, lettuce, spinach, fungus, winter melon, tofu and noodles visible.

Boiling moment was the best, nothing beats for the first sip. Amazingly tasted good, it was deliciously hearty even I was only drinking the soup alone. Frankly speaking, I felt it was more likely a Steamboat dinner than anything else. Soup was high-quality and intensive richness, it was extremely flavourful throughout the end. Subsequent top up was chargable, otherwise price was $25.00 per pax. No harm trying Tsukada Nojo, you will never regret.
