I love to eat fried bee hoon and i am a good cook myself so quiet particular about the texture of the bee hoon. I know fried bee hoon is quite a simple dish but most of the economic noodle stall did not do a good job. Holland V. Fried Bee Hoon at Holland Village Food Centre fried a mean plate of bee hoon.
