The beef horfun here is really top notch in my opinion. The stall owner dishes a very generous serving of beef slices in every plate of horfun. This is the larger portion since there is two of us sharing it. The beef is fresh and the slices are not too thick nor thin, keeping its texture while ensuring it stays tender when cooked. The horfun very well flavoured and cooked with some wok hei. It is very smooth as well and it is not clumpy. This is definitely one of the top beef horfun in Singapor

The horfun very well flavoured and cooked with some wok hei. It is very smooth as well and it is not clumpy. This is definitely one of the top beef horfun in Singapore! Waiting time is can be up to 20minutes if you come at the peak dinner time, so I try to go earlier to avoid the crowd.
