My friend who lived in Woodlands recommended me to this western food stall. Though near to the Marsling MRT, the location of this western food stall was not easy to find, it was located next to the Primary School. It was lunch time and there was quite a lunch crowd there ordering from this Western Food stall.I had ordered this beef steak. I had ordered this beef steak. The dish came on a hot plate and the sauce was sizzling! There was also a fried mashed potato.
The beaf meat used was very big and thick, unlike some other kopitiam western food stalls. The beef meat tasted just cooked right, not too raw or too well done. The meat was juicy and tender, easily to cut with their knife.
The sauce was do not have heavy black pepper which usually covered the taste of meat. There was also raw onions which went well with the sauce and meat.
The fried mashed potato was very nice, crispy on the outside and mashed in the inside with buttery taste.
Overall, I would recommended this western food stall, it has restaurant quality at kopitiam prices.
