i love the beef noodles at hai nan xing zhou beef noodles. The noodle is very smooth, quite chewy too. The beef soup or rather gravy is awesome. Very thick and the flavor is intense. The beef taste is very strong making the gravy really tasty. The beef is very tender, unlike some place where the beef is so chewy. You must eat with their chilli, it gives it a spicier flavor. I really enjoy it.
