I always wanted to try Paul Bakery, but their branches are quite faraway. There were only two customers ahead in the queue at the bakery counter, but I waited for more than 10 minutes to call for my order.
I bought the Benoîton Canberry at $2.30. Benoîton Canberry was a breadstick with cranberry.
The Benoîton Canberry was really hard to chew, I was not sure how the French ate this bread. The Benoîton dough was very stiff and almost airless. However from the hard dough, I could taste the sweetness of the dry cranberry fruits.
Overall, I still prefer to eat fluffy bread from local bakery.
