Everyone in Singapore has heard of the famous "Bedok Blk 85 Bak Chor Mee". As iconic as the Jalan Kayu Roti Prata, or as no-chopsticks-necessary Katong Laksa. This soup-based variation is so famous in fact, that at Fengshan Market & Food Centre at Blk 85 Bedok North St 4, there are currently not one, but three stalls of Bak Chor Mee. As every time I travelled there, I will choose this stall, conversely I didn’t have any chances to try out the rest. I am staying at the west side of Singapore, seldom travel that far. So next time I will tried another 2 stalls and review.
