I would safely, say Barcook Bakery has one of the most creative flavors and best-tasting buns in Singapore. My personal favorite is the liu sha bun- a soft bun with lava- like salted egg yolk, which we normally see in baos at dim sum. I love this especially much as there is lotsa liu sha filling, which is not oily, and goes perfectly well with the soft bun! It is best eaten hot. Other recommended buns from Barcook, is the Nacho Potato bun, and the Cream Cheese with Raisin bun.
