This is absolutely the best char kway teow I have eaten so far, and is also my childhood favourite. I guess that sort of played a part, cos despite trying char kway teow from other places, none can please me other than this stall. I still like this best! Fried to perfection with a slightly moist texture with just the right amount of dark sweet soya sauce, it's flavourful and aromatic. You can smell the wok aroma from afar. Fried to perfection with a slightly moist texture with just the right amount of dark sweet soya sauce, it's flavourful and aromatic. You can smell the wok aroma from afar. The char kway teow looks very appetising too! I always order mine without the cockles, but it is still as yummy! There is always a long queue during peak lunch and dinner hours... I say it is definitely worth the wait!
