Mellben serves the best crab beehoon soup ever. The soup is super tasty and their crabs are usually huge and fresh. Besides the beehoon soup, their black pepper and butter crabs are highly recommended. The black pepper crabs are on the spicy side..so for those who can't take spicy stuff, you can go for the butter crabs. They are not over-done.However, the queue for Mellben on weekends is really terrible. I waited 1.5hrs to get a table and another hour for the food to be served. If you really cra

Mellben serves the best crab beehoon soup ever. The soup is super tasty and their crabs are usually huge and fresh. Besides the beehoon soup, their black pepper and butter crabs are highly recommended. The black pepper crabs are on the spicy side..so for those who can't take spicy stuff, you can go for the butter crabs. They are not over-done.

However, the queue for Mellben on weekends is really terrible. I waited 1.5hrs to get a table and another hour for the food to be served. If you really crave for crabs on weekends, please turn up at 5pm.
