Gelare certainly serves amazing waffles! Warm fluffy waffles with yummy finger licking ice cream to go with it. Topped up with chocolate syrup and whipped cream. One has not lived until one has tried these waffles. This is definitely my best find yet!This place is always packed; especially on half-price-waffle-tuesdays and on weekends! However, all good things come with a price.Their waffles are made to order hence they always served warm. This does cause the ice cream to melt faster then usual

Their waffles are made to order hence they always served warm. This does cause the ice cream to melt faster then usual due to the temperature. The chocolate overload ice cream is extreamly creamy and very rich - does justice to its name! I also love the macadamia ice cream which contains actual macadamia bits!
If you need to impress a date, this is the place to be!
