I am impressive by the generous portion and well cooked breakfast by Cafe Cartel Plaza Singapura. Breakfast is only available during weekends and public holidays. All breakfast set meals also includes free flow of in-house bread, coffee and tea. Cosy environement which is suitable for family outhing and gathering with friends. My verdict: 7.5/10 Do check it out over the weekend!
