Bought 4 deals which are the same as those commented below. Went with my family. The restaurant extended the deal for a month because there were too many people who have bought the vouchers. The environment was okay but the tables were to small for a dim sum buffet. We were given a menu which was different from the original menu as ours were buffet (acceptable). The environment was okay but the tables were to small for a dim sum buffet. We were given a menu which was different from the original menu as ours were buffet (acceptable). We then ordered the first round. The food took at least 15min to arrive when there were only 2-3 tables at that time. The few buffet spread that were for self-service were not acceptable especially the century egg porridge.
When we ordered our 2nd round, it took even more time to arrive. The staff were seen talking by themselves & laughing. The carrot cake that we ordered were hard & cold (when it took so long to arrive thinking it should be "hot from the oven"?). There were also many items on the menu that were not available..Do you still call it buffet?? Finally, we ordered our desserts from a guy & it took forever to arrive until we had to ask another staff. It only took less than 2 min to arrive when we told that staff.
