The noodles are tossed with some gravy, oil and chilli and topped with fried onion. The resulting combination is one bowl of absolutely tasty noodles. As for the prawns, they are very large and fresh. For me, the most important thing is that the prawns must be fresh because that is when the meat is firm and very fresh prawns will not have the fishy taste. The prawns here hit the notes all on the right spots - fresh, succulent and savoury. The soup is also very tasty from the long hours of boiling the prawn heads. I had to resist the temptation to finish the entire bowl of soup.
