Shokudo is really expensive, but only some of the food is worth the money. I think everything except the desserts are worth the money. I am a big fan of japanese desserts, epecially red bean and greentea. But this one really disappoints me. In fact, i shared it with other 2 person, but we never finsihed it. The green tea they used is in syrup form and i think that day, the auntie really put abit too much green tea syrup inside and the taste is too sweet and overpowering for my liking.
Omu rice is a must try. I shared a dish with a friend and because the fish comes in huge portion, so we shared, and ordered an additional omu rice for just $2. The omelette is with additional $2 which i refuse to pay. The chef end up giving the egg to me for free. So it's very worth it for me.
Good to hangout with friends..
