It really bring back childhood hood memories whenever i ate this fried carrot cake. as a child, mum would always order fried carrot with lots of sweet dark sauce and no chili for us, gor gor and i loves the scrambled egg with the sweet sauce.  Finally had it after a long wait! Hmm....still as delicious like last time. Soft tender carrot kueh covered with a layer of sweet dark sauce, tossed with caipo and surrounded with some scrambled eggs. Hmm.... lovely!
