This dessert shop was discovered by chance. The shop took over the shop space directly opposite to use it to park more tables and chairs. I managed to find an empty pretty quickly. The black glutinous rice tasted surprisingly good. The black glutinous rice was cooked well to give it the right softness to desirable chewiness. The level of sweetness was just right with a rather sight taste of coconut milk. It was served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. A handful of roasted nuts was sprinkled before served.
It was an amazing combination. The coldness of ice cream complemented the sweetness of black glutinous rice rather well. The crispiness of roasted nuts enhanced its texture further.
This is easily the best black glutinous rice dessert that i ever eaten. I will definitely be back for more desserts.
