When I went back for a vacation in the Philippines last year, Bon Chon Chicken was the latest craze. But since my trip was short, I wasn't able to try it. When I found out that Bon Chon Chicken finally opened here in Singapore, I made sure that I would be able to visit the restaurant.Anyway, I invited my friend to have dinner there. Anyway, I invited my friend to have dinner there. Since this place was still a bit new here, queue was quite long. We had to wait for a couple of minutes before we were seated inside. I kinda didn't like the whole dining concept because they share a space with some other restaurants. So, it was so noisy and the place was a bit cramped. We ordered the spicy and soya sauce chicken drumsticks, and it took forever to serve. The chicken was just average. I would commend them for making the skin crispy and tasty. But that was it.... meat was just too plain. Maybe, they weren't able to cook it properly because there were too many people eating there, and their kitchen was understaffed....
Maybe, I would go back here again on a not so busy night to see if they just had a bad night....
