Humble hawker stall located opposite SPH Building, it was a lively coffeeshop during lunch time everyday. Occupied not too huge space, the stall appeared clean and neat. Running by a middle-aged couple, they were friendly and helping each other. Choices available were a lot, price indicated was reasonable too.
Duck Rice with Roasted Meat

It was basically a delicately plate roasted duck and meat served along with fragrant rice, looked appetizing. Flesh was succulent from heavily-flavoured, uplifting braised poured on top. Rice was fluffy with a hint of buttery and garlic aromatic, filling and spoonful every mouth bite. Perfectly matched with decent soup, it tasted simply homely and warm. Overall was wonderful smoky, traditionally a nice meal. Portion was rather generous, cost at $3.50.
