It was my nephew birthday, so I decided to buy a Chocolate Cake from Breadtalk.

When I was at Breadtalk, what caught my eyes was this Boston Chocolate Cake with about ten macarons. I thought with so many macarons at $38, this cake was quite worth the price.

The Boston Chocolate Cake had very thick milk chocolate taste and the cake texture was very soft. The mousse with preserved cherries blends into the cake, you actually tasted everything as a whole because texture of mousse and cake were the same.

The chocolate macarons were liked bonuses of this Boston Chocolate Cake. It was crispy on the outside and slightly chewy in the inside.

Overall, I think Breadtalk has among the best chocolate cake which has minimum mousse and cream. Although I also liked Sweet Secrets Chocolate, but their cakes mostly consists of whole mousse with very little cake.
