The highlight was the aromatic and tender pork bellies which wasn’t overly fatty. The rice was nice and fluffy and matched well with the gravy which was robust with spices. The additional pickles were crunchy and mildly spicy and complemented the rice well too. However, the braised egg was a tad dry but it’s sufficiently infused with the flavors of braising stock.
