Bruschetta, an italian cuisine. It is basically just toasted Italian bread drenched in olive oil and served typically with garlic or tomatoes. The bruschetta found in Swensen's is serve with tomatoes and a little bit of onion. However, the bread is a little too hard, so sometimes, my teeth hurt a little. But, it is nice. The bruschetta found in Swensen's is serve with tomatoes and a little bit of onion. However, the bread is a little too hard, so sometimes, my teeth hurt a little. But, it is nice. The tomatoes are well done and the bread is tasty. Together, they make a perfect bruschetta. This meal comes with 6 bruschetta, which is a little too much for a small eater like me, so I would eat 3-4 pieces and give the rest to my mum and dad. THey would also say it's really nice and there would love to have more, but there were already feeling full. Next time, maybe we can eat a meal is Swensen's oredering only Bruschetta. Good Idea. I would consider it! (:
