The Café Cartel (Closed)

This sort of infuriates me, because it's a great place to do business with the environment.. may sound kinda noisy but your conversations can still be in private with the high-seats covering over your topics and what is left is just some mumbling of noises in the air.Anyway, great place for business, not good place for students.
