The Café Cartel (Closed)

I love the food at café cartel. It is so yummy. I went there with my sister, we both ordered their set meals. I loved the soup is was so tasty. It is not the watery kind. It is rich and thick. I love the bread crumbs in the soup. It gives it an extra crunch! The bread rice was so delicious. very cheesy on top. they are very generous with their ingredients! Cheesy rice, smooth soup, absolute bliss!
