Definition of Café for me was rather accomplished, not only with luscious dessert but also proper dining cuisines. I found a unique one at North Bridge Road, it called “I Am”. Teasing name with fashionable design, lovely smell of brewing coffee was irresistible. Occupied not too huge spaces, it adopted alfresco concept.  Nobody birthday at the moment, candle was just an impromptu decoration. Photogenic and happy-looking, layer was paper-thin with unbelievable light. Not too sweet yet still delicious, Cake was a colourful syrupy art. Texture was fluffy, each stack was silky creamy and firm. Nice ratio in whipping goodness, crepe was baked well to my pleasant surprise. Something satisfied my taste buds, it was not greasy at all. The price was around $9.00 if I was not mistaken, no harm trying indeed.
