My mother always like to purchase a whole cake of their famous carrot cake back home for us to eat. Even though it is abit expensive, but the quality of the cake sure will be able to impress you. The generous amount of shredded carrot in it make it really sweet and the cake sponge is very fresh and moist. THe white chocolate coating on it also added that extra milk sweet flavour to it as well.
