Call me stupid, but it took me 5 seconds to realise "Carrot K8" is pronounced as "Carrot Cake", lol. Anyway, I'm a big fan of the regular square carrot cake from old chang kee. The carrot K8 solves the problem. It is the sliced version of the regular carrot cake then fried. It ensures that I don't get sick of it while I'm eating, at the same time, it facilitates easy eating
It costs only $1.10, 10cents more expensive than the regular carrot cake if I'm not wrong, but its totally worth.

To sum up, there is no taste difference between K8 and regular carrot cake. Its just a matter of preference so do give it a try and decide which type of carrot cake you prefer!
