By the look of the restaurant, I expected the food to be nice. Without fail, it was nice. I ordered Cha Soba as that is one of my favourite Japanese dish. The Cha Soba here is authentic and it tastes really different from those found in Ichiban Sushi or Sakae Sushi, you name it. Firstly, the noodle isn't hard and the colour is a green it should be, unlike other Cha Soba outside where the colour looks really fake. Secondly, it tastes good, really good. The sauce is salty, but not too salty and it gives the noodle taste. Together, it is a perfect Cha Soba dish, one you can find in good restaurants like this. I wouldn't cease to eat this the next time I visit.
