I like that this plate of char kway teow is not too dry or too wet- the sweet black sauce covers most of the noodles evenly. The plate was really fragrant and each bite also revealed a slight "wok-hei" aftertaste. They were also not stingy with the ingredients- be it vegetables, beansprouts, cockles or lap cheong. Really enjoyed having their char kway teow!
