It seems like people just can’t resist the delicious Roasted meat from Lau Phua Chay. As always, there is a long queue and when you walk near the stall, you can see almost everyone sitting nearby ordered their food. This time round I ordered their Char Siew and Roast Pork rice. I think this combination is the best. The roast pork is really good. The crackling skin is so delicious. The pork is so tender and the fats simply melts in your mouth. The char siew is good too, lean meat. I like the sauce they top on the rice, sweetish and tasty. it enhances the taste of the roasted meats.
