Over at Fatty Cheong's, the char siew is glazed so well. The char siew has a nice smoky flavour and has just the right notes of sweet, unlike the overly sweet mediocre versions. Charred crispy bits also enhance the taste. Most importantly, the meat is sliced thick enough so there is good bite! Fatty Cheong's char siew is just out of this world! I just have to give this man some deserved credit for the good job he has done with the roasted meats. Good food, good value. For $3.00, you get a genero
