My best friend and I headed to Canton Paradise for dinner. the salt and pepper fried toufu was really good. it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. i like the seasoning, it was not too salty. as a whole the toufu tasted really light. there was quite a significant number of pieces on the plate. very worth it.
