So, the drink stall sells MEE REBUS at only $2.30!!! It's so cheap, cheaper than what you can find at the People's Park hawker center, which can be super crowded, and most of the tables are dirty. It is also not too spicy, and I don't normally eat spicy foods either.
Do give it a try. It is in the basement of the People's Park Centre, admist all the travel agencies! A hidden gem!
