Verdict? The texture is smooth and very soft compare to the denser typical cheesecake that we usually ate. It is a much dryer texture and do not have the taste of cheese or vanilla, more on the egg. But the cake simply melt in your mouth. I really like this kind of feeling. Not recommended to those cheese lovers.The cake can be eaten at room temperature or keep in fridge for cooler feeling. Both ways will give you different feelings when eating this cheesecake.
As their cakes hardly contain preservatives, it can only be stored for a few days.
