First time dine here with family. We ordered The Seafood Doufu in Hot Plate, Braised Japanese Shiitake with Seasonal Vegetables, Imperial Fried Rice and Peking Roast Duck. The seafood doufu came sizzling hot and quite generous with ingredients. It's rather starchy and salty, a bowl of steam rice to complement it would be an ideal choice. The seafood doufu came sizzling hot and quite generous with ingredients. It's rather starchy and salty, a bowl of steam rice to complement it would be an ideal choice. The braised japanese shiitake with seasonal vegetables was much welcomed with its thick and juicy mushrooms. Vegetables were fresh and crunchy. The fried rice was non-greasy and aromatic egg flavor. Surprisingly, the best dish that night was the Peking Roast Duck. The roasted duck skin was deftly curved into thin slices and it was crunchy and full of taste.
