First to introduce is the rice itself. It is glossy and has a very unique look. You can see every bits of the rice itself, and not like the usualy rice you see, which is like kinda watery and too soft. The rice has a nice fragrant which is the normal pandan rice smell. Taking the first bite into this rice, tells me that i can actually eat it own its own without anything else. The texture of the rice is not too oily unlike some chicken rice stalls in Singapore. And you can really trust the looks

And you can really trust the looks of the rice, IN YOUR MOUTH! You can feel and play the rice in your mouth, they roll individualy, and as you chew it, you can feel that you need to chew a few more times, the reason is that it has this chewy-ness in it.

This roasted chicken, has got enough flavors and the skin of the chicken doesnt bore you out, with its totally wholesome flavor in it. The chicken, is soft, tender and succulent that you don't realise you are actually eating the breast meat. That makes it pleasant and worthwhile.

The Kai Lan
It's really crispy and a definite must try, even if your are not a vege lover. It is so crispy you can even hear youself eating it. The juice is really refreshing and of course healthy. With the oyster sauce, it definitely goes well with and you will not grow sick of it.
