In Singapore, there is an abundance of places that serve up chinese fare, but there are only some who make the cut. In Yishun, I think that Mayim deserves the title of the best Chinese restaurant, as it really serves up such good food, and I have never once been disappointed. This time when my family patronised this place, we ordered stewed pork, pan-fried gyozas, tofu with mushrooms and beancurd skins (wow extremely soft and bite-worthy!), claypot eggplant with thin sliced pork, tofu, mushrooms
