In Singapore, there is an abundance of places that serve up chinese fare, but there are only some who make the cut. In Yishun, I think that Mayim deserves the title of the best Chinese restaurant, as it really serves up such good food, and I have never once been disappointed. This time when my family patronised this place, we ordered stewed pork, pan-fried gyozas, tofu with mushrooms and beancurd skins (wow extremely soft and bite-worthy!), claypot eggplant with thin sliced pork, tofu, mushrooms

In Yishun, I think that Mayim deserves the title of the best Chinese restaurant, as it really serves up such good food, and I have never once been disappointed. This time when my family patronised this place, we ordered stewed pork, pan-fried gyozas, tofu with mushrooms and beancurd skins (wow extremely soft and bite-worthy!), claypot eggplant with thin sliced pork, tofu, mushrooms and minced beef, and some mock duck vegetarian dish. All of the dishes were absolutely tasty, full of flavour, great sauces and gravies, the meat was so juicy and tender, mushrooms were not hard, I just have to say, that all the dishes were fantastic!
Definitely recommend for those fond of Chinese food.
