Samsui chicken is one of our flavourite dish during lunch and dinner. The chicken meat is as usual very tender and juicy, with the very smooth glossy skin on every piece of chicken meat. The minced ginger with sesame oil is very fragrant and you can also eat it on it's own without any rice and dishes. The portion is always so generous here which we are always glad that we need not pay alot and is still able to enjoy the nice cosy environment of a Chinese restaurant.
