Changi Airport Terminal 1 welcomes another new eatery with its upgrading. It has brought Ruyi, Chinese fast food to the airport. I had the staff meal which came with a main, soup and dessert. I chose the fried rice, seaweed egg flower chicken soup and lemongrass jelly with longan. Food was ordered, paid at the counter and served in plastic disposable containers.

 Food was acceptable only. Fried rice was a bit hard and dry. The seaweed egg flower soup has ginger slices in it which I don't enjoy. Dessert was good and refreshing.
