The Yamazaki bakery shop always amazed me with their variety of cakes and breads.Bought a slice of the Chocolate Fudge Cake($4) for my mini birthday celebration. As I requested for a candle, the cashier nicely packed the cake and candle for me.The slice of cake is topped with half strawberry and shaved white chocolate.The chocolate sponge cake is dense and it is not those sponge cake which is fluffy.The cream in between the sponge layer is not overwhelming sweet. The cake is simple yet delicious
